Create basic ticket types that you need or are important for selling and reporting.

Clicking an existing person type, or adding a new one allows you to configure the following:

  • Set if the person type needs to be sold in a group or not
  • Can be sold online
  • Is a member type ticket (contact Savoy to set this up.)
  • Has certain conditions of entry (i.e NUS card, CEA card.)
  • Need to be accompanied by another person type. (i.e. a CEA Carer must be accompanied by another person that they are caring for.)
  • Set if the person type is a "comp" (used for filtering out comps in reports).

Note: Only include what’s important. Keep the types simple and short to avoid complex reports and confusion for the customer.
