When a Comp ticket is sold, Oscar will ask the user to select a predetermined reason. This us to better understand why we are giving out comps when reporting over time.

• Set whether the staff member must enter a desciption of why the comp is being sold
• Set whether a supervisor must authorise the comp sale

NOTE: If no comp reasons are configured then all comps will be sold without a reason assigned.
