Food items can be printed automatically on the kitchen printer, which must be assigned to a kitchen.  Each product can be assigned to one kitchen.

When a retail item is refunded, a CANCELLED ticket will also print in the kitchen.
 

You can change how many times a ticket prints in the kitchen.
Whether or an item prints in the kitchen is determined at product level. (Retail -> Products.)
 
Within the product, you can select in the top right hand corner whether or not the item will produce a ticket. (Leaving the box blank will mean it won’t.
NOTE: If you are trying to get an item that was previously set to print, not to anymore. Select the dropdown box, press del and then enter. That should return the box to blank.

The only thing we can change on the template of the tickets that prints out is the header and footer. Both can be found in System -> Print Layouts. The bulk of the receipt is just mimicking everything in the transaction display window on Point Of Sale.
