Used as triggers under which certain things might happen, such as cause charges to be applied, or conditional wording on confirmation emails.

  • Conditions are fairly versatile. They can be created for:
    Tickets
  • Retail
  • Vouchers
  • Membership
  • Miscellaneous Sale Items

  • Note – Conditions are great for including groups of things, but not excluding them. So, for example you can’t create a condition that applies for every ticket type expect members. What you would need to do then is to create separate conditions for every ticket type except members and add them all at the same time.  Tickets in particular are very versatile as there are so many fields and information that goes into each performance. Good communication is needed with the programming team though to ensure that the information that they are providing is consistent to unsure that the conditions will always apply where they are supposed to.
