Patron lists can be created via Marketing -> Patron Lists.  They can be used to populate marketing emails and letters, or exported to Excel/CSV files for use with external marketing purposes.

Lists are determined by the conditions that are added.  These can be driven by:

• Ticket sale history - select "Ticket" from the dropdown when adding a condition, and then set the appropriate condition(s)
• Patron details - select "Patron" from the dropdown.  Mailing preferences are available via "User defined fields".
• Membership status - select "Membership" from the dropdown.

Multiple conditions for a patron list can be configured, i.e. All patrons who have a ticket for Film A, and also have agreed to be contacted by email, but not where they have a ticket for Film B.
