NOTE:
A performance can be hidden from the internet but not closed for sale.
A performance can be visible on the internet, but not allow sales by unchecking the "Allow Internet Sales" checkbox.

1. In Back Office, go to Box Office, and open the Day Planner. 

2. Select the date of the performance you wish to close for sale.

3. Double-click the performance, and select "Closed for sale" from the On-sale Status dropdown.

Closing multiple shows for sale
If you wish to take multiple shows off sale, you can do as follows:

1. Click and drag to select the shows you wish to edit. You should see each performance block has a small black sqaure appear in each corner:

2. Click the "Multi Edit" button in the toolbar, and select Close for Sale.  The shows should turn red to indicate they are closed for sale:

3. Click OK to save your changes.
