Step by step guide detailing how to change the start time of a Performance in the Day Planner once tickets have been sold.
1. Open up Back Office
2. Click on the Day Planner
3. Find the performance whose start time you need to change and then double click on it to open the Performance windows.
4. Select the 'Admin' tab and then click on the 'Allow change of start time...' checkbox:
5. Click OK
6. Click 'Refresh' in the Day Planner top ribbon to save you changes:
7. Then you can change the Start Time of the Performance in one of two ways:
- You can hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and then click and hold on the performance, you should now be able to drag the performance up and down to adjust the start time.
- You can double click on the Performance and simply alter the Start Time value:
8. Click OK
9. Click Refresh to save your changes to the Performance Start Time.
