Step 1 - Create the delivery option
In Back Office go to Other > Delivery Options and clicj ‘Add New Delivery Option'.  You can optionally set a cut-off for ticket sales to prevent it being selected when there is not enough time to deliver before the date of the performance. 


Step 2
In Back Office go to Other > Transaction Event Types > Telephone Sale > click ‘Add’ in the Options box > Add the delivery option created in Step 1, and click OK to save.

Step 3
Then switch to the ‘Charges’ tab > click ‘Add’ for the per-transaction charges > choose the Charge Type > add an amount for the charge > tick the ‘only applies if….’ Checkbox > from the dropdown list select the Delivery Option you added in the previous step.
