  • How to change the cut-off days for delivery options

Set the number of days up to a performance that a delivery option can be available.

This is to avoid a customer choosing "Send by post" too near to a performance date.

In Back Office, go to Other, and then Delivery Options.  Select the delivery option you wish to apply the cut-off to, and double-click it.

From the dropdown, you can choose the appropriate unit of time (minutes, hours, or days), and set a number.


This cut-off will only apply to ticket sales, and will not affect other items such as memberships or vouchers that may also use this delivery option.
