How to Set the Maximum Number of Tickets a Customer Can Select within a Section for a Given Performance

This Guide explains how to alter the limit on the maximum number of tickets a customer can add to their basket for a given performance. It applies the limit to however many sections the auditorium has that the performance is scheduled in. So if the auditorium only had once section, the customer could only purchase a maximum of X tickets for that performances. However, if the auditorium had two sections (e.g. stalls and a balcony) the customer would be able to purchase X tickets in the balcony and X tickets in the stalls for the given performance.

1. Open Back Office

2. Select the 'Web' tab

3. Click on the 'Internet Settings' option on the right hand side menu:

4. Click on the 'Options' tab and Adjust the 'Max Tickets per Performance Section' number:

5. Click OK to save your changes.
