This guide illustrates the process to follow to set or alter the Default Price Group which will appear whenever you schedule a new Performance in the Day Planner.

This Defaut Price Group appears here if set when you create a new Performance:

To set or alter this, do as follows:

1) Open Back Office

2) Click on 'System' and then choose 'Advanced Settings...':

3) In the 'Advanced Settings' window, select the 'Advanced' tab and then choose a Default Price Group:

4) Click OK to save your changes. Next time you schedule a Performance in the Day Planner, this will be the Default Price Group.
