Log into Oscar Back Office and select the “Marketing” tab

Click on the “Extend Membership…” button:

In the 'Extend Membership' window, one of the three options to add in Patrons with Memberships you wish to extend. In this example, we just want to extend one membership so we select 'Add Single Patron...':

Locate the patron record you wish to update.

The 'Membership History' window will then appear.

Select the Membership you wish to Extend and click on 'Extend Selected':

The Patron and details of their Membership will appear in the main details window. Choose how you wish to extend their membership - either by a given number of days or to end on a specific date. In this example, we will be extending the end date of the membership by 30 days:

Add in a Comment for this particular Membership Extension and then click on 'Extend...':

Click 'Yes' to confirm the Membership Extension:

Close the Membership Extension window.

The Patron Record will now have been updated with the new Expiration Date for the Membership selected.
