  • How to Perform a Stock Level Check

A guide detailing the process involved in performing a stock check in Oscar.

In order to perform a Stock Level Check in Oscar, follow the below steps:


1. Log into Back Office


2. Click on the 'Retail' tab and then on 'Stock Level'


3. Select the item(s) you wish to check the Stock Level of. Add either items one at a time by highlighting each in turn and clicking on 'Add' or select the parent folder and click 'Add' to add every stock item in that folder


4. Click 'OK'


5. You will be present with a window detailing the current expected Stock Level Counts for the items you have selected. There are colums detailing various different factors which have determined the current Stock Level Count (e.g. 'Adjustments since last count' includes things like Deliveries and Spoils).


6. You can close the Window once you have the information you require.
