  • How To Sell Misc Add On Items (e.g. Watchword Glasses, Phonic Ear Sets)

In order for the below mentioned options to appear in Back Office and Point of Sale, they must first have been configured by Savoy Systems. If you do not see these options available, please get in touch with support to request that they be enabled in your Oscar instance.



Back Office - Make the Add On Available for a Specific Performance

Find the performance you wish to make the item(s) available for in the Day Planner. Select the appropriate tab and tick whichever box you need from the options available:

OK your way out to save changes. The Add On item(s) you have selected will now be available against the performance both online and at POS.


Sell the Add On at POS

Locate the relevant performance in POS. Add ticket(s) to the basket and then switch to Misc tab.

Select the Add On item you wish to add to the transaction. A pop up will appear with the currently selected tickets:

Pick whichever ticket needs the Add on and you should see the Add On gets added to the basket:

Once the sale has completed you will now see an asterisk appear against the performance ot indicate an Add On item has been sold for that show:

To view details of which transaction contains the Add On, click on the View Ticket Sales button to pull up the report of all ticket sales. The final column will contain details on any Add On sales:
